Having spent most of my life as a homemaker, nurturing my family and raising my two sons, aged 28 and 18, I never imagined stepping into the world of business. However, life had different plans for me.

My husband, a textile machinery consultant, played a significant role in encouraging me to take this leap of faith. Just when everything seemed to be going well, March 2020 brought an unprecedented challenge—the COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide lockdown. Like many businesses, mine too came to a standstill. However, instead of giving up, I chose to adapt. With people confined to their homes, workspaces transformed into multipurpose areas—offices, schools, conference rooms, and entertainment zones. The demand for home furnishings, particularly wallpapers, curtains, sofa fabrics, and bedding, increased significantly.

Ileveraged this opportunity to expand my business, providing solutions that catered to this new lifestyle.

By mid-2022, I decided to take a bold step forward and open a physical showroom—Studio 504. This marked a significant milestone in my journey, transforming my home-based business into an established brand in Powai, Mumbai. It was not an easy task; as a woman in a competitive industry, I faced numerous challenges..Yet, my never-say-die attitude, resilience, and unwavering belief in myself helped me overcome every obstacle. Today, Studio 504 is a trusted name, known for quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction. My journey has taught me that it is never too late to start something new. Age is just a number—what truly matters is passion, perseverance, and self-belief.
