Inever imagined that one day, I would trade corporate boardrooms for sustainable fashion. Growing up, I was always drawn to nature—the rustling of leaves, the serenity of open spaces. But like many, I followed the conventional path: earning an MBA from London and securing high-paying corporate roles that promised stability and success. Yet, amid the fast-paced world of business, a deeper voice inside me kept asking—what impact am I truly making?

The turning point came when I started to notice the immense waste generated by the fashion industry. I had always loved fashion, but understanding the environmental toll of fast fashion shook me.

The numbers were staggering—millions of tons of plastic waste polluting our planet, much of it finding its way into landfills and oceans. I knew I couldn’t stand by and do nothing.Satvika Kumbhare

That’s when the idea of EcoFabrique was born. I wanted to prove that fashion and sustainability could coexist, that we don’t have to choose between looking good and doing good. It wasn’t an easy decision—to leave behind the security of a corporate career and step into the unknown. But I believed in my vision: to transform plastic waste into stylish, eco-friendly clothing.

EcoFabrique isn’t just a brand; it’s a movement. Every garment we create is a step towards a cleaner planet. We take discarded plastic, recycle it into high-quality fabric, and design clothing that’s both fashionable and responsible. The process is meticulous, but the result is worth it—sustainable fashion that tells a story of restoration rather than depletion.My mission is simple: to redefine the way we think about fashion.

I want people to make mindful choices, to see that every purchase has an impact. As I always say, “We don’t have to choose between style and sustainability. We can have both.

This journey has been challenging, but it’s also been the most fulfilling experience of my life. EcoFabrique is more than a business to me—it’s my purpose, my way of making a difference. And this is just the beginning.
