Early Beginnings: Passion, Perseverance, and Support

From a young age, I was driven by passion, perseverance, and the unwavering support of those around me. Academically strong and curious, I excelled from 1st to 10th grade, winning awards in science and math exhibitions and becoming a district-level Kabaddi champion. These achievements fueled my competitive spirit and love for learning.

Academic Pursuits and Emerging as a Leader

During my Computer Engineering diploma, my professors recognized my creativity, encouraging me to explore it further. By my third year, I achieved 1st rank at the prestigious Emerging Trends National Level IEEE Paper Presentation in New Delhi.

Career Milestone: Joining SPWeb@Devs

The turning point in my career came when I met Mr. Sachin Sonawane, founder of SPWeb@Devs, who recognized my potential and offered me a role in his startup as an HR. After a year of contributing, I became a Co-Founder of the North Maharashtra branch. In this role, I oversee teams, manage client relationships, and ensure project success by merging technical expertise with business acumen. Currently, I am pursuing my degree in Computer Engineering.

Continued Academic Achievements

I also secured 2nd rank in both a university-level IEEE presentation and a state-level project competition. These milestones were the result of dedication, research, and teamwork.

Excelling in Sports and Balancing Academics

My journey wasn’t limited to academics; I also thrived in sports, representing my state in volleyball. Balancing studies and sports taught me discipline and perseverance.

Leadership Roles and Campus Involvement

Serving as Media Head for the Computer Engineering Student Association honed my leadership skills. Additionally, being a core member of the Google Developer Group on campus and volunteering as a Training & Placement lead allowed me to grow as a leader while supporting others.
