Mide Williams

My name is Abisola Mide Williams, and I am a proud Nigerian student based in India, passionate about storytelling, youth empowerment, and global partnerships. I am the founder of The Mediapreneur Network and Afro-Asian Impact Hub, both of which are dedicated to fostering digital empowerment and cross-continental collaborations.

My journey began with a simple but profound realization: our stories hold power, and when shared strategically, they can inspire transformation. This passion led me to create platforms that amplify the voices of young people while equipping them with the skills they need to thrive in the digital world.

My commitment to youth empowerment is deeply rooted in my experiences. As a Gen-Z entrepreneur, I have always believed that young people hold the key to shaping the future. Through The Mediapreneur Network, I have worked tirelessly to bridge the gap between digital education and economic opportunities, ensuring that young individuals, regardless of background, have access to the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

The inaugural Mediapreneur Conference in 2019 was a turning point in my journey. What started as a gift to my university society has now grown into a movement, impacting over 5,000 youths.

Witnessing the transformation of young minds and seeing them embrace their potential has been one of my greatest joys.In my quest for global impact, I founded the Afro-Asian Impact Hub, a platform dedicated to fostering partnerships between Africa and Asia. This vision led to the first-ever Afro-Asian Entrepreneurs Conference in New Delhi, India, where I became the first African student to champion this cause. Through this initiative, I aim to create transgenerational solutions that connect entrepreneurs, innovators, and change-makers across continents.Beyond my entrepreneurial ventures, I also serve as the Education Coordinator for the Association of African Students in India (Rajasthan Chapter). My advocacy aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4 and 8, focusing on quality education and decent work for economic growth.

As I continue on this path, my mission remains clear: to inspire, educate, and create sustainable opportunities for young people. I believe that by working together, we can build a future where youth empowerment and cross-cultural collaboration drive meaningful change.

This is just the beginning. The journey continues!
